Preparation for Touch of Joy Services As a courtesy to other clients, please plan to arrive five to ten minutes early. If you are late, the full fee will be charged with an adjustment to the allotted service time.

Gift Certificates Gift certificates are transferable, but non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates may be ordered by phone.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is necessary, we understand. However, Touch of Joy's cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our stand-by clients of any availability as well as maintain a proper schedule for our technicians. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and consideration for your fellow clients.

Appointments for more than one service in one day, or a package, require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation to avoid full fee charges. All multiple-service appointments must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate number.

In the event of a no-show for a scheduled service or package, the client is charged for the full fee for service(s).
